Structure for the Parts of Your Business That Are Currently Vibes-Based
A strong website starts with a real conversation, not a template dropped onto a business it doesn’t understand. Custom WordPress website design, built around what a business actually sells, who it serves, and where it’s headed next — fast load times, mobile-responsive design, and a clean, search-friendly foundation from the first draft, not tacked on at the end. Domain setup, hosting, and professional email are part of the foundation too, so nothing gets left half-built. This works best as close collaboration with the business behind it, so the site ends up working for it, not against it.

A squirrel does not ask permission to raid your bird feeder. It just does it, aggressively, in broad daylight, while you watch.
Making It Ridiculously Easy for Customers to Raid Your Stash
Online stores should make buying easy, not confusing — clear product pages, a checkout that doesn’t lose people halfway through, and a catalog structure that holds up whether there are ten products or ten thousand. E-commerce website design for straightforward shops and complex ones alike: variant-heavy catalogs, wholesale and B2B pricing tiers, and platform migrations when the current setup can’t keep up anymore. Every build starts with getting to know the business and its products, working closely together every step of the way.
What’s Included:
- Platform selection & migration
- Product catalog build-out
- Shipping & fulfillment setup

- Payment integration

Even the squirrels running your brain need a day off sometimes.
Systems That Don’t Fall Apart When You Step Away
Every business runs on some combination of booking links, spreadsheets, sticky notes, and hope. Business systems and workflow automation replace the guesswork with tools that actually talk to each other. A booking comes in, the calendar updates itself, a confirmation email goes out with everything both sides need to know, a payment notification lands without anyone checking three different tabs. The small stuff that used to take a dozen manual steps starts happening on its own, so the website works for the business running it, not the other way around.
What’s Included:
- Booking & scheduling setup
- Automated confirmations & notifications
- Calendar & payment system syncing
- Email/marketing tool integration
- Workflow automation
- Internal documentation
- Ongoing website/plugin maintenance

How Project Pricing Works
Building a website is a lot like building a house. Every project needs a foundation — but how big it gets, how many rooms it has, and what finishes you choose is completely up to you.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all packages, because no two businesses need the same thing. Here’s how the process works:
01
We talk.
A conversation about what you need and what you’re trying to solve.
02
You fill out an on-boarding form.
This gives me the details about your business we may have missed in our meeting and helps me understand your project better.
03
A deposit is required to move forward.
This covers the research and planning time it takes to build your estimate — the tools, the scope, and the plan specific to your project. The deposit is applied directly to your project balance, so it’s not an extra cost, it’s the first step.
04
You get a real, specific estimate.
A list of what we’re building and the tools we’re using, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Need something smaller? If you don’t need a full project — just a fix, an update, or a quick job — I offer hourly work at $125/hour, no deposit or onboarding required.
