I’m Nikki Hayward. I’ve spent 15+ years building websites, e-commerce platforms, and marketing systems for small businesses. My background includes building a several-hundred-product e-commerce platform from the ground up (twice), and running technical support, marketing, and systems for a fast-growing company for five years.

I work across web design, e-commerce, social media, and branding, so clients get one person who understands how those pieces fit together, instead of coordinating between separate vendors for each one.

I’m a native Californian with an interest in grassroots marketing and small businesses trying to do right by their communities. I like this work because I like helping people get unstuck.
