The Problem
Their previous web developer disappeared mid-project, leaving them with an unfinished site, no way to make updates, and customer communications running through a Y-mail address. No booking system, no consistent branding, and appointment no-shows were costing them real money.
What We Did
- Set up their own DreamHost hosting and a proper domain (intenseaudioandperformance.com) — no more depending on a vanished developer
- Built a new WordPress site from scratch, working with their in-house photographer for imagery and AI-assisted copywriting for the content
- Migrated them off Y-mail to Google Business, with individual, secured email accounts for the owner and his son
- Implemented a DIY online booking system integrated with Google Calendar, so they can manage appointments and send invites themselves
- Solved their no-show problem with a non-refundable booking fee applied to the project balance, backed by clear terms and conditions on the site
- Recreated their logo and vector art after the originals were lost
- Designed vinyl stickers for customers to put on their project vehicles — turning every finished job into free, grassroots marketing
- Simplified their Google Business profile and consolidated 10+ scattered in-office signs into one clear policy doc
- Delivered hands-on training so the team can run everything independently
The Result
Intense Audio & Performance now owns and controls every piece of their digital presence — hosting, email, booking, branding, and even street-level word of mouth. No-shows dropped significantly once the fee policy went live. Their site finally reflects the professionalism of their actual work, and they call Solution Squirrel only when they want to, not because they’re stuck.
